PURE POLE TM DANCE & FITNESS F.A.Q.'S
1) WHY PURE POLE TM Dance & Fitness?
Pure Pole TM dance & fitness allows you to express yourself more uniquely than any other fitness program. It empowers women and motivates them to feel strong and confident, physically, mentally and spiritually. Sharing this program with other women creates a special bond and facilitates incredible transformation.
2) What IS PURE POLE TM?
Pure Pole TM was created following the PFA & PDIC formats which recommend attending a minimum of one class per week. Students that desire to progress with intention should commit to Levels Training which involves a minimum of 1 hour 30 minute class per week for 6 to 8 weeks consecutively, in addition to personal practice in between. The Pure Pole® comprehensive and holistic program recommends that students maintain a regimen of regular stretching, strength and conditioning in addition to the weekly classes for maximum safety and benefits.
2) WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DANCE & FITNESS CLASSES?
The DANCE classes are slower paced, set to "mood" music and designed to equip students with sexy, "sassy and classy" moves and/or a routine. Heels are optional, but highly suggested.
The FITNESS classes are fast paced, high energy sets of strength & conditioning moves, set to up-tempo music for maximum calorie burn. Bare feet, tennis shoes or barre socks are optional.
*Please READ the detailed descriptions before you register.
3) WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Recommended class attire for Pure Pole TM is more modest than the typical pole dance/fitness program. The reality is that all Introductory, Beginner, Level 1 and Level 2 classes do not require body skin to adhere to the pole. Leggings, tights, t-shirts and/or tank tops are recommended because most women feel more comfortable and confident with more coverage. Heels with straps, patent leather boots, barre socks, knee highs, leg warmers and bare feet are all acceptable. Sky Pole- Level 3 and higher require more skin to climb, sit, transition and maneuver into various tricks and spins on the pole. In Level 3 and higher women should wear short shorts and tank tops and/or sports bras, bare feet, heels with straps or patent leather boots. We encourage students to wear attire that makes them feel comfortable and beautiful.
