PURE POLE TM DANCE
PURE POLE TM Fitness is great for single and married women.
It focuses on whole-body strength, conditioning, and flexibility exercises to give you an amazing workout in just 1 hour.
Recommended class attire is leggings and a tee (for most classes), with your choice of sneakers, barre socks, or bare feet. More advanced classes will require shorts.
PPF classes are set to high-energy music, keeping you motivated for maximum calorie burn. *Average 350-500 calories burned per hour.

PURE POLE TM Dance is ideal for married and engaged women because you will learn a sexy flow and pole dance moves in every 1 hour class.
Recommended class attire is leggings/tights and a tank top (for most classes), with your choice of barre socks, bare feet, or heels.
More advanced classes will require shorts.
Knee pads are optional for floor work.
PPD classes are set to a variety of music genres to keep you in the groove while burning calories and toning muscles all over your body.
PURE POLE TM DANCE -LEVEL I is designed for women who would like to have intentional, focused pole dance training that teaches fundamentals and a sexy routine. You will discover new confidence while building strength in this 6 week progressive course.
PURE POLE YOGI BABE TM
PURE POLE YOGI BABE TM is our exclusive Yoga and Pole fusion class. It is a unique blend of traditional yoga poses incorporated with Pole fitness/dance.
Yoga focuses on balance, flexibility and mindfulness. Pole fitness/dance focuses on strength, conditioning, and cardio. This blending of techniques combines mind and body exercises with the benefits of strength, aerobics, balance, and flexibility in every 1 hour class.
Recommended class attire: traditional yoga wear and bare feet (Beginner/Level 1), more advanced classes will require shorts.
PURE POLE TM PLAY & PRACTICE
PURE POLE TM PLAY & PRACTICE IS FOR ALL LEVELS.
In these 60 minute sessions you will be guided through a pole dance/fitness specific warm-up by your instructor, then you will have approximately 40 minutes of self-guided play & practice on the pole. Your instructor will remain to answer questions or to spot you ONLY; this is not a formal instruction time. Afterward, your instructor will guide you through a cool-down and stretch to ensure that you safely return to "play" another day.
